**Seeking Compassionate Support Workers - Kaimahi Hauora (Palmerston North)**

About the Role
You'll be providing essential daily support that truly makes a difference - from personal care and household tasks to creating a calm, safe environment for our client.

Available Shifts:

Week 1:

• Wednesday 2200-0700
• Saturday 2200-0700
• Sunday 0700-1700

Week 2:

• Wednesday 2200-0700
• Thursday 2300-0700
• Saturday 1700-2300 & 2300-0700

Additional cover may be required for leave and sick days.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and household management
• Offer emotional support and companionship
• Work collaboratively with a respectful and experienced team

What We're Looking For:

• Live in the Palmerston North region
• A kind, empathetic nature and clear communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends
• Legal right to work in New Zealand

Preferred Experience:

• Supporting individuals with brain or spinal injuries
• Understanding of disability and rehabilitation needs
• Full driver's licence
