Recruiting Kaimahi Hauora/Support Workers to support our client in Otaki.

Role

You will be providing essential daily support to our elderly client with a brain injury.

Shifts available: Monday 0700-0800, Saturday 1300-1900, 1730-1830 and Sunday 1730-1830.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with personal care, household management and meal preparation.
• Create a safe and supportive environment for our client and their family
• Work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team

Essential:

• Entitlement to work in New Zealand
• Flexibility in working various shifts including weekends when needed
• Clear communication
• Respectful, Empathetic and Compassionate nature

Preferred:

• Experience supporting people with spinal cord or brain injuries
• Understanding of disability and injury-related support needs
• The right to work in NZ (cannot sponsor visas)
• Full driver's license
