Drake is seeking Production Operators to join our pool of skilled operators supporting our dairy processing client in Pahiatua. These are seasonal, temporary roles, often covering long-term leave or vacancies.

We're looking for candidates who can work shift rosters (4 on / 4 off: 2 days, 2 nights), are flexible with travel, and available to start immediately.

Skills & Experience

• To thrive in this role you must be highly reliable and have great communication skills.
• You will also have previous experience working in a factory environment
• Physically fit - heavy lifting and long period of standing is involved - must be comfortable lifting 25kg powder bags.
• Strong adherence to workplace Health and Safety practices
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable transport and willing to travel when required
• An understanding of the importance of working to strict deadlines

What we need from you:

• Reliable transport
• Be physically fit and able to lift 15-25kg on a repetitive basis
• Able to work varying hours and sometimes at short notice
• 2 work references
• Pass a pre employment drug and medical test
• No criminal convictions
