Drake New Zealand is looking for a number of experienced Production Operators to work for our dairy client based in Lichfield. Please note, you would be required to travel to our office in Hamilton for the full registration process.

We have a variety of shifts available, so we're ideally looking for candidates with some flexibility. Roles are based in cheese, milk, and DC plants, with tasks including quality checking, packaging, rework, tipping, forklift operation, and general production cleaning. Please note these positions are temporary, on-call, and seasonal.

What we need from you:

• Reliable transport
• Be physically fit and able to lift 15-25kg on a repetitive basis
• Able to work varying hours and sometimes at short notice
• 2 work references
• Pass a pre employment drug and medical test
• No criminal convictions

Skills & Experience

• To thrive in this role you must be highly reliable and have great communication skills. You will also;
• Have previous experience working in a factory environment
• Physically fit - heavy lifting and long period of standing is involved
• Strong adherence to workplace Health and Safety practices
• The ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail
• Reliable transport and willing to travel when required
• An understanding of the importance of working to strict deadlines
• Forklift experience with current OSH & F endorsement is a bonus!
