Our client, a successful electrical company, is looking for an Receptionist/Accounts Assistant Based on their front desk, you will deal with the following:

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Taking electrical jobs from clients and customer service
  • Assisting with Accounts payable, Receivable
  • Handling queries and bookings for electrical jobs
  • General office admin tasks
  • Assisting and backup to Office Manager with payroll, admin and accounts.
  • Front line reception

Skills and experience required:

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Time management and ability to work to deadlines
