About the company:

Our client is a busy NZ owned auction brand based on the North Shore who offer specialisation across asset and project management, valuations, auctions and e-commerce solutions. They are looking for an Auctions Co-Ordinator to work within the small operations team to catalogue assets and co-ordinate viewings predominantly based on customer sites across Auckland.


THE ROLE:

  • Auction cataloguing describing and photographing assets
  • Travel across Auckland to customer sites depending on projects
  • Facilitate viewings and assisting customers
  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Collections, follow up woth buyers
  • Facilitate asset collections
  • Health and safety practices are adhered to on sites

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Experience in a customer service, trades or administrative role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer & solution focused
  • Ability to build long-term trusted relationships with clients
  • Self-motivated with the ability to self-direct with initiative while working autonomously
  • Advantage if have forklift licence and or site safe
