We are looking for a Duty Manager for our client who is one of Auckland's premier shopping malls. We're looking for someone with operational experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to handle diverse situations.

Role Overview:

• Hours: Casual/Flexible, including weekends and Public Holidays. Must commit to Thursdays and Fridays, 4:30pm - 9pm.

• Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for emergencies and escalations.

  • Demonstrate quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.

  • Support the Admin team as needed.

  • Navigate through unpredictable days with responsibilities ranging from after-hour care to operational oversight.

Requirements:

• Operational experience and proven leadership capabilities.

• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and manage high-pressure situations.

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
