We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable AP Accredited Forklift Operator for our client based in Takanini, South Auckland. If you are a safety-conscious, experienced operator with a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Must hold a current AP accreditation with the Ministry of Primary Industries.
• Must hold a valid forklift licence.
• Minimum of 3 years operating a Counterbalance forklift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg as required.
• Based in South Auckland, applicants must be local or able to reliably commute to the area.
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively use a radio for coordination.
• Knowledge of and commitment to health and safety standards in a warehouse environment.
• A dependable and punctual approach to work, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a Counterbalance forklift to transport goods and materials.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of items in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
• Maintain an organised and tidy work environment, ensuring that the warehouse remains clear of obstacles.
• Communicate effectively with team members via radio to ensure smooth work-flows and task coordination.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all.
