About the company:

Our client is plastic card manufacturer based in Albany on the Northshore. They are responsible for manufacturing, personalisation & distribution of plastic credit cards ranging from gift cards to driver's licenses. They are now on the lookout for a Vault Controller to join their small team family feel team on their morning shift.

About the role:

  • Maintain control of all secure cards held in the Bureau Vault and comply with secure card procedures
  • Open the Vault as required and maintain security and confidentiality of Vault combination codes and keys
  • Count and reconcile secure cards between Bureau production processes and upon return to Vault
  • Update secure card processing transactions into the electronic stock system and the applicable secure card ledgers
  • Shred secure card rejects within 24 hours of processing and under dual control
  • Perform monthly stock counts of all secure card stock and ensure ledgers are accurate
  • Provide stock reports relating to secure cards as required
  • Escort and witness the destruction of secure shredding as required
  • Participate in audits as required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a clerical, stock control or administration role is essential
  • Able to pass a MOJ check.
  • Great communication and written skills.
  • Good English and good with numbers.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Physically fit, ability to stand on fit, lifting, bending and stretching.
  • First Aid Certificate (Beneficial not essential).
  • Ability to work in a small team environment.
