Production/Warehouse Operative:

Job Description:

Our client is a warehouse/manufacturing company seeking support as a warehouse/production operative to be part of the team in all areas of production and dispatch. Hours are Monday to Friday full-time hours. Pay-rate will be based on experience, ranging from $26.00 to $28.00 per hour. This is a hands-on role where you will support all areas of production and dispatch, playing a vital part in keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse and production operations
• Support dispatch processes, including packing and shipping
• Operate machinery and equipment (training provided if necessary)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Perform general warehouse duties as required
• Forklift driving, moving stacking and placing product

Candidates should possess:

• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge in the warehouse/manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• X2 professional references.
• Pass a pre-employment drug.
• Pass a pre-employment MOJ criminal convictions check.
