About the role:

Our client is offering a Monday to Friday role with great work life balance.

  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Recording all accidents or incidents, making sure they have been recorded and documented accurately. Whilst staying up to date to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Being a driver in maintaining and improving all ISO standards.
  • A key player in the Health & Safety Committee, making sure that all procedures are being followed and driving these initiatives with valuable knowledge.
  • Partnering with the HR Manager to ensure all areas of the company meet the Health and Safety regulations and are compliant.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or similar experience.
  • Strong experience in Health & Safety and compliance standards.
  • Familiar with ISO standards.
  • A problem-solver who can identify compliance issues and provide solutions.
  • Experienced in using safety culture software.
  • Strong interpersonal skill who has effective training methods for fellow employees.
