About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a high-performing Recruitment Consultant to build effective talent pools and match outstanding candidates with ideal job opportunities. This is a comprehensive, end-to-end recruitment role, requiring previous agency recruitment experience within New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements for temporary and permanent job opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.
• Ensure that we meet all our compliance, payroll and H&S obligations

Skills and Experience Required:

• Palmerston North based with the right to work here.
• Previous agency recruitment experience within NZ
• Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• High level of motivation and a hunger for success.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
