About the Role:

We're growing in Hamilton and are on the lookout for a Senior Recruitment Consultant focused on permanent placements. We're looking for a dynamic individual in Hamilton to build our perm desk from the ground up, and drive its success. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and sourcing top talent to meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the perm desk.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Hamilton based with the right to work here.
• A minimum of 3-5 experience in recruitment within NZ, preferably in a senior consultant capacity.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• High level of motivation and a hunger for success.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
