Our client takes pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services to their clients and are seeking a dedicated individual to join their team as a Temporary Audit Administrator.

Hence, they are looking for 2 x Hindi speaking temporary administrators

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Mandarin and Cantonese -speaking clients and franchisees
  • Assist in data entry and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets (advanced level required)
  • Auditing/checking - payroll processes, time sheeting/invoicing, compliance, work visas etc
  • Support the franchise team with administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of service

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
