Our client is a very busy, successful and growing manufacturing company that is needing two new customer service superstars to join their customer service team. We are looking for two hard-working individuals who have been in a similar role, either front facing or phone-based customer service role and is willing to learn, grow and work in a team environment. This person is a key person in providing a positive experience for the customer. There are two roles available, full time 40 hours per week, 7.30am - 4.30pm, and part time 25 hours per week, 9am-2.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries (phone, email) in a timely and courteous manner
  • Process all orders efficiently
  • Enter sampling orders, arrange shipment of sample orders
  • Utilise E10 effectively to communicate stock counts, delivery times and transport
    costs to customers
  • Escalate customer complaints through correct channels with urgency
  • Provide administration support to Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers
    as required, including CRM updates and sales templates
  • Communicate Customer queries and issues to the relevant Account Manager in a
    timely manner
  • Process and reconcile credit requests

Skills and Experience:

  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Used Epicore or similar ERP system
  • Minimum 3 years customer service experience
  • Worked in a manufacturing environment
  • Confident and clear communication skills - written and verbal
  • Skilled problem solver
  • Intermediate knowledge of word, outlook and excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
  • Outstanding time management and organisation skills
