Our client is a leading tyre dealership across New Zealand, they are looking for an administrative person to join their Te Kuiti Branch.

About the role:

Our client is offering a Monday to Friday role (8.30am to 4pm) with great work life balance.

  • Basic admin duties.
  • Taking phone calls.
  • Reporting and collating with the team.
  • Ensuring job orders are up to date.
  • Invoice processing.
  • Bank balancing.
  • Stock take levels.
  • Rural & Heavy Transport customer base.

About you:

  • Excellent organisational & communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Rural background.
  • Previous admin experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Based in Te Kuiti or Otrohonga is preferred but not essential.
