Our client is a leading tyre dealership across New Zealand, they are looking for an administrative person to join their Te Kuiti Branch.
About the role:
Our client is offering a Monday to Friday role (8.30am to 4pm) with great work life balance.
- Basic admin duties.
- Taking phone calls.
- Reporting and collating with the team.
- Ensuring job orders are up to date.
- Invoice processing.
- Bank balancing.
- Stock take levels.
- Rural & Heavy Transport customer base.
About you:
- Excellent organisational & communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Rural background.
- Previous admin experience is preferred but not essential.
- Based in Te Kuiti or Otrohonga is preferred but not essential.
