We're seeking a committed Consultant Psychiatrist to join a dynamic Acute Community team, supporting both the Intake & Assessment and Home-Based Treatment services. This role offers a mix of community-based work and emergency care, delivering responsive, equity-focused mental health support to a diverse population.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide clinical leadership across acute community mental health services

• Deliver triage, risk assessments, short-term interventions, and home-based care

• Drive service improvement and support ongoing health system transformation

• Work closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team and senior clinical leaders

• Support whaiora with complex mental health and co-existing challenges

What we're looking for:

• Vocational registration (or eligibility) with the Medical Council of New Zealand
