Key ResponsibilitiesProvide daily assistance to support independence and well-being.Maintain a safe and friendly environment in a household that includes animals.Communicate effectively with the individual and their support network.Meal preparation.Community outings.Giving medication.Personal cares (showering, toileting etc.)Bowel managementManual handling and hoist transfers What We're Looking ForA people person with a positive, can-do attitude.Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for helping others.Fantastic communication skills.Right to work in New Zealand.Comfortable working in environments with household animals.Commitment to treating others with dignity and respect.Valid Full New Zealand driver's license (experience driving a van is a bonus).Role is required to work Night shifts and day shifts.
