About the role:

Located in Whangarei, the role involves supporting a client who has a spinal cord injury. You will be required to complete some or all these tasks:

• Personal cares - bowel cares and catheter management
• Complete stretches and transfers using hoists
• Household chores, meal preparation and medication administration
• Transportation (using the client's vehicle)
• Assisting the client with accessing community facilities, going shopping, meeting friends, and attending medical appointments

About you:

• Right to work in New Zealand
• Full NZ drivers license (without restrictions)
• Own reliable transport
• Experience working with clients with spinal injuries preferred, but not necessary
• Willingness to study towards qualifications
