What You'll Do:

• Be a Hero: Provide one-on-one support to our kiritaki/clients, helping them lead active and fulfilling lives.
• Daily Adventures: Assist with daily living activities, including personal and complex care, mobility support, home management, and rehabilitation activities.
• Create Magic: Foster a safe and supportive environment that encourages independence and participation in meaningful activities.

What You Need:

• Eligibility: Must be entitled to work in New Zealand.
• Flexibility: Available for various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and overnights.
• Driver's License: A full driver's license is essential.
• Communication: Good command of the English language.

Bonus Points:

• Qualifications: Level 2 Health and Wellbeing qualification.
• Experience: Previous experience in the healthcare sector.
• Personality: Empathetic, compassionate, and strong communication skills.
• Understanding: Knowledge of the unique challenges and needs associated with living with a life-impacting injury or disability.
