We are looking for casual and part-time, experienced Kaimahi Hauora | Support Workers to join our Christchurch team!

As a Support Worker/Kaimahi Hauora, you'll be at the forefront of providing essential support to our clients with complex support needs. Your role will involve delivering personalised, Kiritaki | Client centred support in their home and within the community. Guided by our core values, you'll help create a supportive, respectful, and culturally safe environment championing individuals on their journey. We are looking for

- Part-time Sunday and Monday evenings, 8pm to 10pm (Northern Canterbury area)

- Casual staff to join our pool of Canterbury based Support Workers

Mōu | About you

• Previous experience as a support worker preferably supporting those with complex needs.
• Strong communication in English
• Ability to work independently and with a team, working collaboratively with others
• Working towards or already holding a NZQA Level 2 Health and Wellbeing Certificate
• Respectful, adaptable, proactive, professional and trustworthy.
• Understanding of the unique challenges and needs associated with living with a life impacted by injury or disability.
• A full driver's license, a clean police vet result, and satisfactory references.
• The right to work in New Zealand and be based in Canterbury.
