About the Role

We're looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our close-knit, supportive team. You'll be working with people aged 15+ who have intellectual disabilities and, in some cases, complex physical or sensory needs that impact their everyday life.

This is a role where no two days are the same. One day you might be helping with housing modifications or prescribing equipment like wheelchairs, and the next you could be supporting someone with advocacy, care planning, or problem-solving tricky barriers to independence.

You'll be based in Hamilton, with a work car and laptop provided, and will spend time out in the community across Waikato and the Bay of Plenty.

What We're Looking For

• You're a registered OT in New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• At least 3 years' OT experience.
• Strong clinical reasoning skills, using evidence-based practice.
• Experience with the Enable funding process (a bonus, but not essential).
• Full NZ driver's licence.
• Able to pass Police and Oranga Tamariki safety checks.
• You must be eligible to work and live in NZ, with no visa restrictions.
