Our registered psychologists are at the heart of this work, providing confidential and effective support to individuals and workplaces.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking experienced Registered Psychologists to join our network of external contractors. Our clinicians provide comprehensive mental health and wellbeing support to clients through virtual short-term consultations. This role offers the flexibility to work on a casual basis, handling clinical consultations as they arise.

ABOUT YOU

To thrive in this role, you will bring the following qualities:

  • Full registration as a Psychologist with NZPB
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in clinical or counselling roles
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A proven background in providing counselling, critical incident response, and comprehensive case management
  • Skill in developing and delivering short-term, solution-focused interventions
  • Familiarity and experience with Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) (highly regarded)
  • Experience using digital platforms and systems for consultations and case management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
