Part-Time Opportunity - Starting at 2 Hours per Week

Are you a mature, experienced, and confident individual with a passion for supporting others to live independently and with dignity? We're looking for a self-directed support worker to join our dedicated team in the beautiful Hawke's Bay region.

About the Role:

This role begins with 2 hours per week, with potential to grow over time. You'll provide compassionate, person-centred care to clients in their homes and communities-assisting with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring each person receives the support they need to thrive.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in homecare, disability, or aged support
• Is confident in working independently and making decisions
• Is mature and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility
• Can self-direct and manage their time effectively
• Communicates clearly and respectfully with clients and colleagues
• Holds a full NZ driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
