We're seeking reliable, compassionate, and proactive Support Workers to join our team in the Kāpiti Coast. If you're available for shifts one day every weekend, live locally, and have your own transport - we'd love to hear from you!

🧡 About the Role

You'll be working one-on-one with our Kiritaki | Clients, helping them maintain independence and actively participate in their communities. This may include assisting with personal care, daily routines, mobility, household tasks, and community engagement.

We also have opportunities for short-notice cover shifts, perfect if you're flexible and can be available at short notice cover.

📅 Current Shifts Available

Weekdays

• Monday, Wednesday & Friday:
  - Morning shift: From 7:30am
  - Evening shift: From 4:30pm

Weekends

• Saturday: 11am-6pm and 5pm-5:30pm

• Sunday: 11am-7pm, 4pm-5:30pm, and 5pm-5:30pm

✅ What We're Looking For

• Live in the Kāpiti region

• Available at least one weekend day each week

• Have a full driver's licence and reliable vehicle

• Entitled to work in Aotearoa | New Zealand

• Honest, adaptable, and motivated to learn

• Willing to complete online training modules

• Clear communication skills in English

⭐ Nice to Have (but not essential)

• Qualification in Health and Wellbeing or similar

• Experience or understanding of supporting individuals with injury or disability
