We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated gardener to join our clients growing and dynamic business in the lawn and garden care industry. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to be a key part of a new business division, supporting its expansion and growth within New Zealand.

As a Lawn & Garden Care Operations Support professional, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, from hands-on gardening to leading a team and driving business development. If you're passionate about horticulture, leadership, and customer service, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-On Gardening: You will be assigned clients and take full responsibility for delivering high-quality lawn and garden care services, including tasks such as pruning, trimming, fertilising, planting, irrigation, and pest management. You will be the main point of contact for clients and provide detailed reports after each visit.
• Franchisee Support & Development: You will mentor and guide franchise owners, sharing your expertise and providing on-site training to ensure they follow best practices and meet industry standards.
• Business Development: You will contribute to the expansion of services in the region by meeting with potential and existing clients, providing quotes, and ensuring that every project meets or exceeds client expectations.
• Scheduling & Coordination: You will manage your own schedule and assist franchisees with keeping their calendars updated to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in the gardening or horticulture industry.
• Ideally, a qualification in Horticulture.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to multitask.
