Process Worker:

Job Description:

Our client is a dairy company seeking support as a process worker (tipping) to be part of the team. This is a physical role, tipping 25kg bags repeatedly, as well as other general process working tasks. Hours are 6:00am to 6:00pm dayshift and 6:00pm to 6:00am nightshift, working a four on/four off roster. Payrate will be $24.00 per hour. This is a hands-on role where you will support the team in general processing duties to support efficient production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day warehouse and production operations
• Tipping 25kg ingredient bags into machinery
• Following strict hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Operate machinery and equipment (training provided if necessary)
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets
• Perform general warehouse duties as required

Candidates should possess:

• Able to work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on / 4-off rotating roster
• Physically fit and capable of repetitive heavy lifting (25kg bags)
• Knowledge in the warehouse/manufacturing industry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• X2 professional references.
• Pass a pre-employment drug.
• Pass a pre-employment MOJ criminal convictions check.
