Summary:

Working for a locally owned and operated company in the great location of Mt Maunganui. Offering a range of packaging and storage options to their clients nationwide. Clients are diverse and the successful candidate would need to be able to service clients within industries from animal feed and health to horticulture and cleaning.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for being the primary point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their satisfaction through accurate and timely order completion with a focus on quality assurance. You'll excel in answering customer queries, providing exceptional service, and maintaining strong relationships. Collaborating closely with our team, you'll optimize business operations and act as the first point of support, escalation, and response, resolving problems swiftly to ensure smooth order completion. Building key customer relationships and understanding day-to-day business operations will be pivotal, as you work closely with the Managing Director, Procurement, and Production Manager to support our continued growth. This on-site role encompasses overseeing customer accounts, scheduling, and resource planning, offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
