We are recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing construction company that is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with 3-6 years of experience who is ready to take on a pivotal role in managing the financial success of diverse construction projects.

About the Role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cost and financial management of construction projects from early-stage estimation through to final account. You'll work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure that all works are delivered within budget, on time, and to the highest standards. Your expertise in cost control, procurement, and contract administration will be key to the successful delivery of each project.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a candidate with a strong background in construction and a proven track record in quantity surveying. You'll bring experience in cost estimation, tendering, contract management, and financial reporting. A solid understanding of New Zealand building codes and construction practices is essential, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
