A role for an experienced and discerning Sales Consultant is on offer for someone ready to integrate into the brand, values, and mission while delivering tailored customer experiences.

About the role

This unique opportunity begins in the CBD with the location moving to Newmarket in 2024. The ideal person would be looking to continue their career in luxury retail and is able to build lasting personalised relationships and create loyal customers. You will report directly to the Store Manager and be working within a diverse team and with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve personal monthly sales targets while providing the highest level of service.
• Collaborating with the team in all aspects of the store including visual merchandising and stock control.
• Transforming a customer's visit into a memorable luxury shopping experience
• Promote made-to-measure service as part of the selling process where appropriate.
• Maintain and grow a customer database.

Who you are.

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in retail.
• Great spoken and written English, a second language would be advantageous.
• Supportive of the team and mutual objectives and success.
• Passionate about quality fashion and open minded.
• Ability to understand and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate products and styles.
• Maintain in depth knowledge of products, material, and styling/trends.
• Tailoring experience advantageous
