Our client is a family-owned business involved in the Stainless-Steel sector who service the Matamata-Piako Area. They are looking for a Light Fabricator to join their close-knit team.

About the role:

Our client is offering a full-time position Monday to Friday role (7.30am to 4pm) with great work life balance.

• Grinding, cutting & welding stainless steel.
• Working within a team environment.
• Communicating with customers & subcontractors.
• Reading & Drawing production plans.
• Reporting any issues to the manager & maintaining clear communication within the team.
• Managing tasks and responsibilities on your own.

About you:

• Experienced within the Welding & Fabrication environment.
• Qualified with a Light Fabrication Trade & Welding tickets.
• Previous experience of running your own jobs.
• Takes pride in your work & willing to go the extra mile.
• Creative and looking for ways to improve.
• Excellent people skills.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Full NZ Driver's License.
• Own hand tools required.
