We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of two major retail centres on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
Location: Botany
Hours: Monday-Friday (with flexibility for occasional weekends/after-hours)
Coordinate daily operational activities, contractor tasks, and maintenance routines
Support safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance requirements across both sites
Manage site inductions, documentation, and compliance platforms (e.g. contractor permits, BWOF)
Assist with tenancy fit-outs, project works, and liaison between retailers and centre teams
Ensure high standards of service delivery from cleaning, security, and facilities providers
Previous experience in operations, facilities, or property coordination (retail preferred)
Strong communication and admin skills with confidence using systems like Microsoft Office
A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to take initiative
Able to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and build great relationships with contractors and stakeholders
Knowledge of compliance, Workplace Health and Safety, and retail operations is an advantage
