We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of two major retail centres on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a busy, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

Location: Botany
Hours: Monday-Friday (with flexibility for occasional weekends/after-hours)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate daily operational activities, contractor tasks, and maintenance routines

  • Support safety, compliance, and preventative maintenance requirements across both sites

  • Manage site inductions, documentation, and compliance platforms (e.g. contractor permits, BWOF)

  • Assist with tenancy fit-outs, project works, and liaison between retailers and centre teams

  • Ensure high standards of service delivery from cleaning, security, and facilities providers

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in operations, facilities, or property coordination (retail preferred)

  • Strong communication and admin skills with confidence using systems like Microsoft Office

  • A proactive, safety-first mindset and the ability to take initiative

  • Able to work independently, juggle multiple tasks, and build great relationships with contractors and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of compliance, Workplace Health and Safety, and retail operations is an advantage
