Sales Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an admin superstar to support our client at their head office in East Tamaki. Our client is a leading manufacturer of toilet tissues and paper towels and they have an urgent need for a professional and committed sales administrator for a 3 month period.

The Role-

The main focus of the role will be to support the sales team and wider business with administrative tasks ensuring the right people have the right information available to them. Duties include, but will not be limited to-

  • Report creation
  • Manage the process of field trade spend through ensure invoices match what's in the system
  • Load promotions into the system
  • Act as back up support to the retail business
  • Support the sales team with forecasting and reporting

The Person

Our client is big on attitude, if you possess the right attitude and a willingness to learn you're already halfway there. However, they do need someone to hit the ground running and will be looking for the following skills and experience-

  • As you will be liaising with customers strong communications (verbal and written) skills is a must.
  • Significant experience across all MS Office applications, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excel- We need someone who is comfortable creating Pivot tables (this is a must).
  • As with all administration roles accuracy is important so we really need someone who has an eye for detail.
  • Any experience using Promax and Insiteful Mobi programs would be beneficial but not essential as our client is happy to train the right person across these systems.
