About the role:

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a team of 10 other staff members and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all areas. This is a hands-on position that combines active cleaning duties, overseeing staff and administration tasks. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing the quality of work completed by the cleaning team. Hours will be up to 35 hours Monday to Friday from 8:45am to 5:00pm. Payrate ranging from $25.00 to $32, depending on experience.   • Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory or similar leadership role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations
  • Lead and motivate team members.
  • Oversea a team of 10 other cleaners.
  • Manage staff rosters to ensure full coverage across shifts.

Candidates should possess:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the cleaning industry.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • X2 professional references.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug.
  • Pass a pre-employment MOJ criminal convictions check.
