The client is a long-standing family operated chartered accountancy practice with roughly half the team being from the family still. The client is there for small to large businesses for tax, annual accounts, cash flow, structure advice, or other needs with their own clients going back more than 50 years.

The Role:

They are seeking a professional senior accountant that is looking to settle into a family firm with a good variety of work that can be seen from end to end.

• Knowledge and experience in New Zealand tax/gst, business advisory, and client management
• Experience with review work of statements, compliance, accuracy, etc.
• Capable with Xero, MYOB, APS and other common systems
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• An openness to coaching or mentoring juniors from time to time
• A real desire to work within a smaller firm that still produces excellent work individually and as a team
