Senior Recruitment Consultant | Penrose, Auckland

About the role:

We're on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Penrose, South Auckland branch. In this role, you'll lead permanent recruitment efforts across the professional services sector, supporting our Auckland City & South Auckland based clients.

This opportunity is ideal for a true business developer someone who excels at identifying new opportunities, forging strong client partnerships, and delivering high-quality talent solutions. If you have a proven track record in agency recruitment and a strong background in sales, we'd love to hear from you.

Key responsibilities include:

• You will be providing clients and candidates with exceptional 360 recruitment experience from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement care
• You will build strong talent pools and provide candidates with great work opportunities
• You will need to develop new business and manage relationships with existing clients
• You will ensure that we meet all our compliance and H&S obligations

• You will steadily meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.

Skills and experience:

• You will have a strong customer focus and relationship building skills
• You will have solid people management skills
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to all situations
