About the Role

The purpose of the position is to develop, implement and review local and national marketing plans based on corporate objectives to raise brand awareness for the Drake and Medox brands.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Marketing Strategy

    • Identify current or potential marketing opportunities and develop strategies and actions plans to successfully market the Drake and Medox brands.
    • Plan, implement and review national marketing initiatives e.g., client, FSE and staff events, marketing campaigns, online campaigns, email blasts, social media advertising, newsletters, surveys, digital forms etc.
    • Increase marketing presence for the Drake and Medox brands.
    • Ensure an effective return on marketing spend.

    Marketing Content and Communication

    • Develop and design national advertising and communications including marketing collateral, tile ads, videos, posters, and other support materials.
    • Partner with local branches and service lines to develop customised marketing initiatives.
    • Produce and distribute monthly and quarterly e-newsletters.
    • Update and manage the Drake and Medox websites.
    • Design and produce marketing campaigns from brief to final production.
    • Design and upload content for social media and managing social media platforms to increase engagement.
    • Creating and updating forms in the Drake Forms system.
    • Respond to contact requests from clients, candidates, and the general public through various channels including email and social media.
    • Ensure the marketing database is up to date with client, contact and candidate information.
    • Manage corporate sponsorships and events.
    • Work with management to design, deliver and evaluate effective employee wellbeing initiatives.
    • Work with management to design, deliver and evaluate effective training and development programs that elevate skills, encourage growth, and foster leadership from within.

    Brand Management

    • Design high quality and effective marketing materials that align correctly with the Drake and Medox brands and marketing strategies.
    • Ordering promotional material and merchandise from suppliers that align with our brands and marketing strategies.
    • Champion the Drake and Medox brands and ensure the correct representation of the brand in all instances of its use.

Skills and Experience

  • * Relevant marketing qualification e.g., degree or diploma in marketing, or related discipline.
    * Previous marketing experience within a service environment
    * Previous design experience - using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva etc.
    * Digitally savvy and familiar with a variety of marketing tools including Mailchimp, Jotform, Zapier, Stripo, Loomly, Facebook Ads Manager, Umbraco CMS etc.
    * Excellent copywriting and editing skills
    * Proven ability in planning and organising
    * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    * Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
    * Excellent time management skills
