Our client based in Mt Wellington is seeking highly motivated and skilled Pick Packers to join their team of experts. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of materials in our facility. Your contribution will directly impact our mission of saving and sustaining lives and elevating patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements
• Prepare and pack items for shipment
• Maintain inventory accuracy
• Adhere to safety guidelines and quality standards
• Safely operate forklifts and reach trucks to move and stack products
• Load and unload materials from trucks
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment
• Organise and maintain the warehouse for efficient product storage
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred
• Valid certification for forklift and reach truck operation
• Must pass pre-employment drug test
• Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing orders
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be fully vaccinated
