The role is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the business while continuing to lead the team and following the long standing standards and procedures. The candidate will need to come with operational experience ideally in the construction industry. Being able to lead the team and continue to provide outstanding service to the long standing client base is a must.

About the role:

The company is a family run concrete cutting business who are now looking to have an operations manager onboard to work in the background as the new owners continue to stay on the tools. Currently there is a team of six who operates Monday to Friday with Saturdays as required. The operations manager role is Monday to Friday with no set hours and flexibility location of work. The operations manager is a candidate who is confident in operating behind the scenes in the administration work as well as strong organisational skills to be able to keep the team running smoothly.
