About the role

This is an amazing opportunity for someone who is looking to continue or start a career in luxury retail with one of Italy's prestigious brands. The Sales Assistant is responsible for ensuring that the needs of each customer have been met. Reporting to the store manager, you will be working with a diverse team full of like-minded people, so it's extremely important that you come as you are.

Key Responsibilities

  • To achieve personal sales goals monthly by providing high-quality of service.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-lasting relationships with customers.
  • To build repeat clientele and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Promote and sell products by identifying customer needs.

Who you are

  • 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in retail.
  • You are someone with a "Can do" Attitude.
  • You need to be flexible and available to work on a rotating roster.
  • Punctuality, Confidence and Initiative are KEY.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of high-end fashion.
  • Great spoken and written English.
  • Possess excellent communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Ambitious and Active.
