We are currently looking to grow our dynamic team of Support Workers in Manawatu. As a Support Worker you will be working with our clients with complex support needs to enable them to live a fulfilled life. This will include supporting them with personal and household support, rehab, recreational activities and community engagement.

Shifts range from 4-12-hour day or night shifts. 30+ permanent hours for the right candidate

Skills required:

• Empathy for others, and the genuine desire to help people
• Fantastic interpersonal skills
• A positive can-do attitude towards personal learning and development of new skills
• Ability to work alternative weekends and rostered shifts is a requirement for this position
• Right to work in New Zealand

Desirable Skills:

• Full Drivers licence
• NZQA qualification in Health and Wellbeing
• Experience working as a support worker
