We are currently recruiting for a permanent opportunity for a Hamilton based client providing FMCG brands throughout NZ.

Summary:

Our client is on the search for a staff to assist in the production lines throughout the factory from operating the Mixer and packing the final product. The client requires that the successful candidates have a keen eye for detail as they are dealing with products being sent to market for customers to purchase. With an efficiency and meeting key targets throughout the factory a requirement candidates will need to be able to keep with the pace and think on their feet in case of sudden changes.

About the role:

The successful candidate will be involved in the day to day running and overall quality checking off the product throughout the line. The day will be consisting of following information of orders received, checking the raw materials are the correct quantity going into the machines and then ensuring all materials are combined correctly. The role does have a physical element and will require the candidate to be involved in the tipping process. Working on a attractive roster that will see the candidates having a great work life balance and competitive starting hourly rate.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparing, Weighing and Mixing Product
• Troubleshoot and monitor machines.
• Uphold Quality Assurance Checks
• Be apart of a positive team culture.
• Follow operation standards and procedures.

Skills and experience:

• Experience in similar FMCG industries (Not essential)
• Driven to achieve strong results.
• Ability to multi task.
• Great communication skills
• Positive attitude and reliability
