The Role

Currently looking for experienced support workers to join our Homecare team. We would utilise your experience and expertise supporting an active Tertraplegic gentleman living in his own home that is active in the community.

We have 8 hour shifts available, must be available to work alternative weekends.

The role involves assisting our people to achieve their goals by providing support with:

• Personal supports (showering/passive stretches, bowel and bladder cares)
• Household management (meal prep, general cleaning and shopping)
• Overall, maintaining client independence within the community

Must haves:

• Clean, full NZ drivers licence and own transport
• Eligibility to work in NZ
• Willingness to do ongoing education
• Have good verbal and written communication skills
