About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a high-energy, results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive permanent recruitment across the professional services sector for our Auckland City based clients.

This is a role for a true business hunter - someone who thrives on creating opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier talent solutions. If you bring proven agency experience and a strong sales track record, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across Auckland City.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Manage the full 360° recruitment process - from sourcing and screening to placement and post-placement care.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Deliver outstanding service and tailored recruitment solutions.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Auckland Based with the right to work here.
• A minimum of 2 years agency recruitment experience within NZ, preferably in a senior consultant capacity.
• A strong sales background with a hunter mentality - you love winning new business and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
