Registered Nurse - AGED CARE - Caterton

We are recruiting a Registered Nurse for a beautiful care facility surrounded by gardens and courtyards. This is a full time position with a rotating roster.

The Role:

You will be working within a supportive team of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants, to promote excellence in care in a 43 bed facility.

You will :

• Ensure medication requirements are documented appropriately
• Oversee all components of clinical care to residents in assigned area of facility
• Ensure timely evaluation of care planning processes
• Supervise and lead Healthcare Assistants
• Promote and participate in the implementation of policies,
• Liaise in a timely manner with residents and their whanau

If you are a NZ Registered Nurse who has a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly, then please apply now. You will have good communication skills and ensure that all documentation is accurately completed and implemented. You will also take pride in your high clinical and personal standards.
