Clinical Manager - Waihi - Bay of Plenty

Our client is seeking a Clinical Manager for a 50x bed aged care facility close to beautiful Waihi Beach. Relocation assistance can be offered.

As the Clinical Manager you will be responsible for:

• Undertaking a comprehensive and accurate nursing assessment of Residents, and care plans to achieve identified outcomes.
• Take appropriate nursing actions in emergency situations and other situations that compromise Resident safety
• Provide direction, supervision and education to Registered and Enrolled Nurses with regards to nursing practice

This is a senior role, where you will be supported by the Facility Manager to lead the clinical team. Your ability to mentor, lead and support will bring the best in your team, and enable residents to live their best life!

You will need:

• NZ Nursing registration and current APC
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience leading and mentoring clinical and care teams
• Experience with Interai is preferred however training will be provided
