About the Role:

We're excited to expand into Wellington and are looking for Senior Recruitment Consultants to join us and grow our permanent recruitment desk. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and sourcing top talent to meet our clients needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Wellington branch.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to match client requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and candidates.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Wellington based with the right to work here.
• A minimum of 3-5 agency recruitment experience within NZ, preferably in a senior consultant capacity.
• Strong business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• High level of motivation and a hunger for success.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
