Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminium joinery products according to specifications.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively within a team to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans accurately.
• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior team members when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Aluminium Joiner is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in working with aluminium joinery materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment.
• Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
