About the Role

As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our recruitment operations. You'll be the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining compliance standards, and delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Auckland recruitment team
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation
  • Assist with on boarding and compliance checks
  • Liaise with candidates and clients to ensure a seamless recruitment experience
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and other recruitment logistics
  • Ensure all processes meet internal and external compliance standards
