Our client is looking for a Storeperson for their construction products trade shop. Experience or knowledge of flooring preparation and products would be ideal. The role is part time, Monday to Friday 7:30am - 12pm with possibility of additional hours in the future.

The Role

• Serving customers at the trade counter; ensuring high levels of customer service
• Receive, record, price, and process all enquiries.
• Answer all incoming customer enquires through phone, email and walk-ins
• Accurate data entry of all in-coming orders through their computer order entry system
• Liaise with Sale Reps on orders and product queries

Ideal Candidate

• Knowledge or experience in flooring preparation and products would be advantageous
• Confident in using inventory and order applications
• Excellent customer service and understanding of trade needs
• Excellent time management and prioritization
